ECS Sets the Standard for Service by. . .
- Assigning one adjuster to your account who will handle all of your claims in a consistent, prompt and correct manner. And remember, ECS doesn't have the high adjuster turnover rate other companies have.
- Providing prompt, personal contact with employees and any witness in order to determine; compensability, exposure and to establish control of the claim.
- Processing medical bills on-site and paying them within the week they are received.
- Providing a weekly/bi-weekly list of those employees entitled to TTD (total temporary disability) benefits prior to the checks being issued.
- Having your file mirror ours. You will be copied in on all adjuster notes/memos, reserve sheet, bills received, checks issued and any correspondence sent and received. Because of this high level of communication, we do not receive calls asking “what is going on with this claim?”.
- Utilizing payment of weekly PPD (permanent partial disability) on litigated claims where there is only a dispute over nature and extent. This has its benefits from a cash flow standpoint, but more importantly, it reduces the amount the employee ultimately receives in any final lump settlement or award.
- Providing in-house loss control services by our Certified Safety Professional (CSP) for the amount of time you want to dedicate.
- Maintaining small in-state offices that will better serve you.
